Students of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry will now be practiced at "BAKAN TEX"
On February 21, a practical tour was organized in the cotton-spinning enterprise of "BAKAN TEX" LLC in Tashkent with the participation of professors and students of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
The institute team visited the enterprise laboratory, got acquainted with presentations on the organization of "BAKAN TEX" LLC, the stages of production of cotton fiber, as well as the processes of identification of cotton quality in the most modern way.
As noted in the introductory remarks of the enterprise, the cotton harvest, passed through the field, passes through several technological steps until it is ready for use. In the enterprise, these processes are carried out with complete computerized equipment. Particularly, spinning and recycling of cotton fiber in a spinning machine is a computerized system, and packaging of finished products, as well as full robots for boxes.
Its hardness in processing cotton fiber is an important factor. At a special temperature determined by the company during the operation, it is possible to reduce the process of cotton fiber retardation.
On a practical trip, industry experts were acquainted with similar processes, from the initial and re-cleaning to cotton yarn.
"It is important to ensure the combination of theoretical and practical knowledge in improving the quality of education. We also organize work days on this Thursday every week, with further expansion of the practice, taking into account students' workplace, living conditions. All the conditions will be created by the institute ", - said the rector of the institute Bahodir Onorboev.
The Quality Manager of company from India, Ramachandra Daveedurajan, also told about the future plans of "Bakan tex".
